Packages with shipping address inside the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (generally 2-3 business days). Please not that since many items are hand made to order, your order may take up to 3-4 business days to ship, depending on volume of orders. Orders are generally processed within regular business hours, Monday-Friday. You will receive a notification once your package has been shipped.
Orders from outside the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class International mail; delivery confirmation is not available with these orders. Please note that shipping time between the US and other countries varies, and maneki cannot be responsible for slow shipping times. At this time, we are not accepting orders from Brazil without advance approval. If you are in Brazil and wish to order from this site, please e-mail sarah@manekicollection.com before ordering.
If your Maneki piece becomes damaged during normal wear, we will repair it for free within six months of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it unworn within five business days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be given. Please contact us at sarah@manekicollection.com BEFORE you make a return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please be sure to package your return carefully, as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged and we are not responsible for lost packages. Delivery confirmation is recommended.
